FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


  • When will I receive my order?
    For Listing Photography orders, you will receive an email containing a link to your gallery by the end of business the day following your appointment. If you are scheduled for a Friday appointment, you will receive your photography the following Monday. Please inquire for Holiday hours.
    Twilight Photography orders will be sent out within 72 hours of the shoot.
    HD Video orders have a 3-5 day turnaround time, not including weekends.

  • Cancellation/Late Start Policy
    You may call or email to cancel the photo shoot no later than 5:00pm the day prior to your shoot to avoid a cancellation fee. Late notice cancellations will be subject to a $50 fee, and PDMG will charge the account accordingly.

    If we show up to a property that is not ready upon arrival, we will either shoot as is, or the appointment will be rescheduled with a cancellation fee.

    If upon arrival the and the listing is not prepared/agent or homeowner is moving items around/staging, an additional late start fee of $50.00 will be charged accordingly.

  • Can I get my photos back the same day as the shoot?
    You may place a rush delivery order to receive same-day photos when scheduling your appointment on our website. Same-day delivery is an additional $50.00.

  • What determines the square footage of a property?
    The square footage is based on all livable areas of the listing, including the lower-level/basement.

  • Can I schedule a shoot on a weekend?
    Our photographers are available Monday-Friday. However, weekend appointments will be considered upon request and the availability one of our photographers, and are an additional $50.00. Inquiries regarding weekend availability should be directed to info@poweltondigitalmediagroup.com during regular office hours, M-F 9:00AM-5:00PM.

  • What is your inclement weather policy?
    Appointments will move forward in most conditions (severe or hazardous weather excluded). In the event of pending inclement weather, it is the responsibility of the client to call or email to cancel no later than 5:00 PM on the day prior to a scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If the client continues with the appointment but would like new exterior photography they may purchase and schedule a Residential Exterior Photo Shoot at a rate of $50.00 plus applicable mileage, or request Blue Sky drops at a rate of $5.00/photo. 

  • Is there a travel fee?

    Our travel fee is based on location and time it takes to reach the listing destination. Fee rates listed below.

  • City of Philadelphia: $0.00

  • Suburbs, 0-30 Minutes Travel: +$50.00

  • Suburbs, 30-60 Minutes Travel: +$100.00

  • 1-2 Hour Travel: +$200.00

  • 2+ Hours Travel: Custom Quote

  • How do I receive my photos/video?
    Clients will receive an email containing login information, and a link to a personalized online gallery. These galleries contain all photographs organized in individual albums per property. You will be able to download these photos directly from the gallery.
    For finalized videos, clients will receive a dropbox link containing branded/unbranded videos, as well as youtube links.

  • What is your pricing?

  • If I order a Matterport 3D Tour, how long will it stay active?

    We keep Matterport Tours active for 3 months, after that we charge a $50.00 reactivation fee per space for every additional 3 month.

  • Can we schedule multiple unit listing appointments?
    Yes! But each unit will be charged separately and based on the individual square footage of the unit (i.e. a 4 unit < 1999 sq ft listing will be 4 x $125.00).

  • Will you move things around to get the best possible photo?
    Our photographers are instructed to not touch any personal property. Our policy is typically to avoid moving anything in the home or on the property, as aesthetic preferences vary widely and liability issues may arise.

    Though we may occasionally choose to move or adjust something small that is out of place, the expectation should be that the home will be photographed exactly how it is presented.

    A good example of something we may move out of the way would be an empty coffee cup left out on a table, or a paper towel roll that has fallen to the floor.

  • Can I get the RAW photos/video footage?
    We will never distribute RAW photos. RAW footage may be purchased for a premium fee.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    The best way to schedule an appointment is through our Scheduling Portal. Please do not try to schedule appointments directly through our photographers.

  • Do you fly drones in the city?
    Depending on the location, we do fly drones in the city. We do reserve the right to cancel a drone shoot depending on factors of safety & FAA regulations.
